Micheal V. Deisz | Owner & Founder
Mike Deisz is a Distinguished Toastmaster and has conducted more than 300 workshops on leadership and supervision. He held leadership positions from entry levels through serving as Executive Director of a 450 person organization. That experience provides the ability to put concepts in a real world context and to respond effectively to questions from workshop participants.
His consulting engagements have included conducting strategic planning sessions and developing human resource management policies. He has also been engaged in coordinating a major plant sighting proposal.
